Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, a Nigerian musician popularly known as Mr Eazi has spoken about the challenges of life and the choices he has made while searching for fulfillment.
The Leg Over crooner talked about his success story by taking his fans through his journey to the top. The Nigerian musician who has a deep love for Ghana and Ghanaian products after his education there revealed he got an oil and gas job in Port Harcourt.
According to Mr Eazi, he was paid about $6,000 per month when he worked actively for the company.
However, the entertainment master said he quit because he did not find any fulfillment doing it. Mr Eazi’s decision to quit became firmer when his boss’ wife left him with all the money he had.
"After I left my job, I got my Masters degree and with all that qualification I started selling phones in computer village and everyone thought something was wrong with me. Even my mother started praying special prayers for me but my father didn’t add that final voice that would have decided my fate."
Mr Eazi’s break came after he got an invite to perform at two shows. He made £12,000 from the show and used it to shoot two videos. This decision almost turned his family members against him as his mother did not talk to him for three weeks.
The young man moved in with a friend because his relatives did not want to see him then. Things changed when he went to London again and got good money. Mr Eazi also revealed he charges N10m for shows and confirmed his relationship with Temi Otedola, the daughter of Femi Otedola.
