Eva Alordia's ex-fiance Caesar called off their engagement after 16 months

- Caesar proposed to the female rapper on January 1, 2016, while she was performing on stage at the Headies award

- The singer now says she at times thinks of quitting music even though she is yet to drop a major break in the music scene

Singer Eva Alordiah might not have been having it good after her engagement of over one year to her lover was broken.

The Never Say Goodbye singer has admitted that she has been thinking of quitting music often. Though she has been able to make her presence known and felt in the Nigerian music scene, Eva is yet to make a widely acclaimed hit in a while.

The singer who combined make-over artist with music admitted that she often nurses the idea of abandoning music. In her admission she said:

“I would be lying if I say I don’t think of quitting music; I actually do that often. Sometimes, I just wake up feeling it’s all not worth it but I also push myself forward and continue to evolve. I will credit my stay in the industry to God because He is the one that gives me the strength to carry on. At times when it seems things are not working right, I just smile and move on because I know God is in control."

What made dump the idea of quitting? The singer noting that quitters never win said:

“I am also spurred on by the fact that there is still so much I want to achieve and I’m not a quitter. I am surrounded by great people who always encourage and motivate me to be the best version of myself. The most important thing is that I am happy doing what I truly love and I don’t take that for granted because not everybody gets that chance.”

Now having a better reason and motivation to stay in music, Eva says she won’t disappoint her fans in her new music. Giving the assurance of a better song she said:

“I have been busy lately with a lot on my plate. But my fans should keep their fingers crossed because I will be coming out with something to blow their minds soon. Right now, I just need to sort some things out personally and get some things off my head.”

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Eva Alordiah and her TV presenter boyfriend Caesar broke up their 16-month-old celebrated engagement. He had proposed to rapper Eva in the presence of a large audience while she was performing on stage at the 2016 Headies awards.

Eva who had a page dedicated to sharing posts about her love affair tagged Eva and Ceasar used the same page to announce the end of their eventful relationship after denying the break up months after the new went to town.
