- This time, she managed to wow judges after she performed again at America’s Got Talent
- All the judges gave her a standing ovation
NAIJ had earlier reported that burn survivor Kechi Okwuchi performed on popular reality show America’s Got Talent and she wowed everyone who watched her.
Since that performance, she has since moved forward on the show and gotten to the Judge Cuts round. Singing A Song For You by Donny Hathaway, her beautiful vocals made all the judges give her a standing ovation.
One of the judges TV host Howie Mandel said afterward, “You feel really lucky at this point just to be here, and I think you got it wrong. We feel really lucky to have you here.” Showrunner Simon Cowell told her, “What I can say for sure is you deserved your place here tonight, not just on your story, but on your talent. That’s the truth tonight.”
