Davido offers to help his youngest fan for life

When a video showing a young boy singing Davido’s hit song If went viral recently, many hoped that Davido would see the video and at least react positively to it. Well, Davido has reacted.
He took to Instagram to share a photo of the boy in his school clothes with a very inspiring caption.

Apparently, the boy’s name is Utibe and he is from Ibeno in Akwa Ibom state and according to an Instagram user named Sham Rock, he is the second child of his mum who cannot walk. His father reportedly abandoned the family and since there was no money to send him to school, he usually goes to hunt snails that he sells so that the family can eat.
However after Davido and other well-wishers intervened in the family’s case, he can now afford to go to school.
