- Olamide is one musician that enjoys much love when he performs anywhere in Nigeria
- A recent performance in Aba made him wax lyrical about the need for government intervention in the commercial hub of the east
- Something many have clamored for
In recent times, there has been a drive for Nigerians to patronize made in Nigeria products with many governmental policies been made to make production in Nigeria easier.
Popular musician Olamide recently reiterated this recently after the touching experience he had in Aba, Abia State. Baddo was touched by the way fans in the predominantly Igbo state sang his Yoruba songs word for word.
He later posted a message on his Instagram page saying Aba is Nigeria’s version of China and that the government needs to do more to promote the business hub.
Known as a major urban settlement and commercial center, Aba with its strong entrepreneurial setting attracts business operators from across the nation and most ECOWAS countries. It is often said to have the potential to become a commercial and entrepreneurship hub of West Africa only if government do the right thing.
Olamide has spoken – government, over to you.
