Meet Apollo and Artemis priced as the most expensive diamonds in the world

- Named after twin Greek gods of power and beauty, Apollo and Artemis are two of the most priced diamonds in the world

-The diamonds are valued at N21 billion naira

- It is to be sold individually at an auction scheduled to happen in a few weeks in Geneva

The 'twin' diamonds are made of two colours, said to be the rarest in the world. The first is the 14.54-carat Apollo Blue, which is said to be the largest Internally Flawless Fancy Vivid Blue diamond ever to be sold by auction. The other is the 16-carat Artemis Pink, with its "Fancy Intense Pink" hue. Both are collectively worth billions in naira.

The gorgeous pieces are named after Greek gods; Apollo, the Greek god of music and sun and Artemis, his twin sister, the goddess of the hunt and Moon. These two gods represented power and beauty.
